Lipu taro stewed neck bone 荔浦芋头炖颈骨

I learn about Lipu taro just from the TV play “the prime minister Liu hunchback”. I think the taro is so big that it must be good to eat , after all it is the food given to the emperor. I happened to see the taro in the Xinlongjia supermarket, and bought one immediately. It is about a kilo , and then I bought some pork neck bone , it must be delicious if I cooked them together. Now I will share it with you .

Ingredients:

Lipu taro

Porcine neck bone

Onion ginger

soy sauce

Sichuan Pepper

Aniseed

Cooking wine

salt

chicken essence

methods:

Wash the taro clean, cut into halves and use one half. Remove the skin and cut into a hob block.

Put the neck bone into the boiling water , then take out .

Put the oil in to the pot, stir fry onion and ginger, then add bones, fill water, add aniseed, pepper, soy sauce, cooking wine for half an hour or so . when the pork bone is nearly cooked well , put in the taro block, then stew it for about 10 minutes, and the dish lipu taro stewed porcine neck bone is ok . You can also put some the Chinese wolfberry.

Lipu taro, tastes super soft and it’s easy to cook, but very delicious. Finally, the taro was picked up, and the bones were left.

This cooking way belongs to stewed , one point is healthy, the other point is to keep the original, nutritious and delicious. Another way of cooking is to fry the taro and them cooked with the bones , but I think the oil is too much, and it’s not good to eat much fried food.

荔浦芋头我只是在宰相刘罗锅里看到过,觉得这么大的芋头很神奇。一定很好吃吧, 没想到竟然在新隆嘉超市里看见了, 毫不犹豫的就买了一个,个头很大,一个2斤左右。这么大的芋头怎么吃呢? 正好买了猪颈骨,那就芋头炖颈骨吧, 应该不错。

材料

荔浦芋头
猪颈骨
葱姜
酱油
花椒
大料
料酒

鸡精

做法:

荔浦芋头洗净,切一半,留一半。一个太多了, 吃不了。去掉皮,切成滚刀块。
颈骨开水笊一下,盛盘。
锅里放油,葱姜煸炒,然后放入骨头,填水,放入大料,花椒,酱油,大火烧开,小火慢炖。大约半个小时左右,放入芋头块,再炖个10分钟左右,汤汁收浓就好了。 快好的时候,可以放些枸杞子,增加营养成分。
荔浦芋头,超级软面,容易碎,不过特别好吃。最后都把芋头挑吃了, 只剩下了骨头。

这样做属于清炖,一是比较健康,二是可以尽量保持排骨的原汁原味,营养又鲜香。
也可以过油,然后再炖, 那样芋头不容易碎,做出来成色好看。但是我觉得油能大些,而且要尽量少吃油炸食品。

芋头具有健脾、利湿、解毒、消痒的功效。能够使皮肤润泽,同时提高机体的免疫力。爱美的女性朋友,可以多吃点芋头,能够越来越美丽哦!
