RE: What is RF Radiation & How Does It Affect Health?

in #health7 years ago

Thanks for the post @gardenofeden! It seems to me that the concern of many people about not getting under the influence of radio waves is greatly exaggerated.
The world is so entangled by the networks of waves that involuntarily through us there pass probably hundreds, and maybe thousands of invisible signals every day. Take for example radar installations located at military bases. They catch their own signal back, after he rounded the planet. Is it possible for an ordinary person to be protected from all this? I think not.
Therefore, for myself, it has long accepted this as a reality and has reconciled itself to avoiding the effects of waves of different lengths. Of course, if you do not go to live in deep mines somewhere in the Antarctica area ... :)

Yes it is possible to protect yourself and especially your kids, because they haven't asked for this! What is most important for the human body is not to be hit by any radiation at night, because it will reduce production of the hormone melatonin and in the long run shot it totally down. Melatonin is made by the pineal gland and help controlling your sleep and awake cycles. It is an antooxidant and it has an effect on most biological and physiological processes. Which means if your melatonin production is low or gone, you risk of getting future disease including cancer is much higher. One could say it has an important role in the autonomic processes happening in the immune system of the body. If interested check out some of my recent posting regarding this topic.
