Retrograde ejaculation
Normally when the sperm of the male comes out of the urine; But if the semen goes back to the urine, then it is called retrograde ejaculation....
How it happens
Naturally the sphincter of the urinary tract is shrunk and the sperm is swept away in the urinary tract. This scuffer does not work properly in case of retrograde ejaculation.
The reason
This type of semen may be due to autonomic nervous system or prostate operation. Retrograde ejaculation is a common complication of TURP (trans erectile respiration of prostate).
There are also retrograde ejaculations due to the side effects of some medicines. The most common medication in these medicines is Tamsulosin (Drug addiction). This drug is used to relax muscles of the urinary tract due to various reasons. These medicines can relax the urinal of the urinary bladder and hence the sphincter fails to completely shrink.
Anti-depressant and antipsychotic medicines also create such problems.
Retrograde ejaculation may be due to the complexity of people with diabetes. If diabetes patients do not control blood sugar for a long time, then this problem arises. This is because of the problem of muscular sphincter's nerves.
Diagnosis
Usually urine can be diagnosed after urine examination and diagnosis. In this case urine can be found in urine.
Effective treatment
Barrage can occur due to retrograde ejaculation, ie, the male's wife is deprived of child production. In this case, the male sperm can not reach the feminine. So to urinate, the urine of the urine is centrifuged and the sperm is separated into a woman. In the case of 40 percent of the retrograde ejaculation, there has been a significant improvement in semen failure in the use of pseudoepidryan. However, it is to be remembered that there is a relation between these drugs to relax the penis. Pseudoidephridin is used for the treatment of people who are always strong for their penis. The male's pecker does not grow properly and the men who have a retrograde ejaculation should have to be physically fit. In this case, two drugs are given simultaneously - pseudoephridine and ciladanafil.
