Great post! L-theanine is amazing stuff :) you can even use an green-tea extract (L-theanine) and take before your coffee, or mix it in, that will take the "peak" off the caffeine rush that many people don't like, jittery, anxious etc. Btw you should be in the food challenge man! I bet you make a killer dessert :D
