It's awesome to see and hear you like this and I must say that I'm getting more and more interested in doing this - or something alike - one day soon. Just getting rid of mentstrual pain would be worth it ;>)
I am very curious if it can cure some of my health issues but I believe it can and I'm also very curious of the mental benefits a fast like this can bring.
I must admit I was somewhat taken aback by the loud voice of that guy - and not having headphones available - but I will definitely give them a watch when I'm finally installed into my new place
Hi :) I can't really do that 72 hours no food no water or I understand wrong ? haha My boyfriend he always fasting but I never. I will probably have to try sometime its seem work.

I recommend starting with a 24 or 48 hour fast with the snake juice like he recommends here. Snake juice is just water with salts so that you have electrolytes so that you have plenty of energy for your day. It's so amazing for you!
same here will be continuing the intermittent fasting for a lifetime ! the hunger pangs are definitely an illusion to transcend. You are super motivating !!
i am on a one meal a day diet and drink only lemonade in the morning, whitout sugar of course and then 0 till afternoon when my meal comes into place, keeping it for a year now and cannot imagine going back to sugar cravings...
Keep it up. I’ve been doing intermittent fasting for over 4 years now and it’s remarkable. If I had the time to exercise like I used to I would see even better results, but it’s a great substitute for times like mine when we simply don’t have time to.
