There's a saying that "health is wealth". The Englishman was right when he thought about it. Even the dumbest layman can read meaning to it.
It is when things go wrong in the body that we tend to appreciate healthiness.
Then we begin going from up to down searching for remedy.

An average man knows he could have done something to avert an awkward situation but do we say he prefers to suffer from scurvy before he look out for Vitamin C?
And in fact, everything human needs to survive are rightly within his reach.

We could say ignorance kills most people or rather say negligence. Maybe they aren't informed, or they chose to ignore it.
But we cannot afford to stay on the verge of destruction by watching the society dwindle. With our aggressive community sensitization, we can build a healthy world.

Being healthy revolves around the choice we make either nutritionally or life style.
What we take in determines how we look and our lifestyles.
As a man, you're always being reminded of the dangers of prostate enlargement to men above age 40, and ways to prevent it.
I won't go deep into this but some of the ways to prevent this thus:

  • Avoid long hours of sitting.
  • Cut down consumption of red meats.
  • Avoid milk. milk is basically for growing children.
  • Eat a lot of vegetables.
  • Take a lot of fruits.
  • Eat much of raw tomatoes.

As a man, are you aware that each time a man have sex and ejaculate, he loses three essential nutrients :

Iron

These are essential for male fertilization and bone formation. From research, it takes 21days to recover it. So you can imagine a man having several rounds of sex in a week and not bother to replace the lost nutrients.

Continuous depletion of calcium from the body without replacement may give rise to the disease of the bone know as osteoporosis.

Remedy
The solution is to prevent it from happening. Consider eating food rich in the required nutrients. As it is also difficult to get all the nutrients we want in most food we eat in the right proportion, one might also consider supplements as alternative.

As a woman, you're aware that copious consumption of sugar-related food increases your chance of having menstrual cramps and unstable menstrual circle.

So many people underestimate the important of exercise to the body. It does not only strengthen you, but always put your system at alert against any form of attack and repel them.
You do not have to go on 20km jogging where you can do some workouts within your home.

one importance of exercise I love so much is that it does not allow cholesterol to build up around the walls of the arteries. It also improves the performance of the heart.

Water therapy

Taking water first thing in the morning is the demand of the body that we often do not yield to. Your body system had worked overnight to breakdown everything you had eaten during the day, the toxins you had taken in. In the morning, all it needs is some fluid (water) to eject the rejected from your system. And when water is found wanting, you give your body no choice than to deposit them anywhere. This in turn gets back at you, and next is you're sick.
