WHAT IS MENTAL WEAKNESS

Mental weakness can be described as a situation whereby an individual lacks mental firmness. People who are mentally weak tend to have poor feelings about themselves.

SIGNS OF MENTAL WEAKNESS INCLUDE

1.Giving in easily to negative feelings and self doubt.

2.Inability to make firm decisions, bending easily to pressure,not able to manage stress or overwhelming emotions.

3.Always seeking validation and approval from others.

4.Unable to forgive oneself or let go of past mistakes or errors

5.Always staying in their comfort zone, afraid to try out new things,new opportunities and experiences due to fear of failure.

6.Having an unhealthy lifestyle,poor hygiene, eating habits etc.

There's a saying that health is life,so it's important to prioritize our health before anything else.Some ways to do this include
Ensuring you get enough sleep.
Eating balanced diet meals and cutting down on junk foods.
Exercise as often as possible
Try to dress well, there is a kind of confidence that comes with dressing well.(Note dressing well doesn't mean wearing expensive clothings,rather it means wearing nice and )

2.Forgive yourself
Try to practice self empathy, as humans making mistakes is inevitable, no one is perfect and truth is no will ever be. Forgive yourself for the mistakes you made in the past, and move on. There's so much ahead so don't let it hold you back from chasing your brilliant future.

3.Find a hobby:
hobbies may range from reading,writing, knitting, kayaking etc. Just find that thing you love to do and enjoy spending your free time on.its believed that hobbies can help improve one's mental health.

4.Surround yourself with family and caring friends,avoid toxic and narcissistic people.

5.Take one step and a time:
everything needs time, try to give yourself time, don't rush yourself and please don't give up . There's this saying "No one has ever won a race by quitting". Celebrate yourself for every little improvement you make. And in the process of time you'll be glad you didn't quit.
