I quit the same way, after 16 years I started a vape pen (Vapor Zeus by Vape4life) I stuck to a Virginia tobacco flavor and worked my way down over a whole year from 24mg to 0mg, at the end I was able to simply set the pen down. Keep your rig clean and your juices far from the kids, wish you the best of luck on your journey. The only people making these not the miracle alternative is pro tobacco lobbyists.
