As mentioned in the video, aluminium companies need a place to dump their smelting by products and this way they can profit by releasing it into the drinking water with the excuse of "stopping cavities".

That's too bad. Profiting from this should be illegal.

Surely there must be more to the story than simply giving aluminium companies an avenue to dump their waste. If that was all there was to it, surely other chemicals would be tried as well. Pretty convoluted way to do it...
