Cannabis and Nutritional supplements

Many people start their day with Cannabis for various reasons. Some of the reasons more and more are due to Pain, PTSD, Depression, SAD- ( Seasonal affective disorder ) or Anxiety to name a few conditions.
Let's go over some that will help the nervous system, enhance brain function as well as help the immune system. With that said, I will go over a few that I personally take!

Lions Maine mushroom
Cordyceps mushroom
Spirulina
Yerba Mate

Lions Maine mushroom is wonderful for enhancing memory, brain function, and relieves both anxiety and depression. Lions Maine is noted for neuroprotection and NGF or neuro growth factor- a protein that is crucial for the survival and function of nerve cells. I usually take anywhere from 1 to 4 grams, though you should as always follow the instructions or advice of your MD or Naturopathic Dr.

Cordyceps mushroom is great for the immune system, increases stamina and is noted for its ability to increase libido. Hard to be depressed if your libido is strong! As stated above I usually take from 1 to 4 grams a day.

Spirulina is high in protein, rich in beta-carotene and a great source of Chlorophyll. As antioxidants go, Spirulina has phycocyanin, which helps in the inhibition of COX2, hydroxyl, peroxyl, and free radicals.

Yerba Mate is said to be higher in levels of antioxidants than green tea and is a rich source of polyphenols. Mate is my morning pick me up but does not give me the jitters that coffee does.

So what Cannabis?
To go alongside todays topic I chose Utopia Haze.
