I love this post. I am not a small business owner but I do manage my own work time so this really helps. And sometimes taking care of kids can be a full-time job, as lame as that sounds.
Oh I totally understand where you're coming from. Actually it's probably the hardest job in the world. I know a lot of my friends who are mums feel selfish for taking out time for themselves, so that can be a real struggle. I suppose life is all about balance.
