WATER BENEFITS - PART 1

Health

Being healthy has always been one of my passion's, but to be honest i wasn't always a healthy/vital and alive person, i have struggled alot in the past especially the times where i was of the age arround 16-20 i drank alot of soda's.

To such an extend that i began to feel it in my body, symtoms such as:

  • No Vitality

  • Headaches

  • Lower Back Pain

  • Less Tolerance During Circumstances

  • High Blood Pressure


    And the list goes on..

When i finally began to consume more water i had a period of absolute detoxification and the first 2 weeks i was really sick, because my body wasn't used to flushing out the toxins that it had accumulated

So please take this advise to heart, once you begin drinking water you wouldn't want anything else because the freshness you give your body is such an amazing feeling!

Right now, i drink about 2-3 Liters of Water a day, i do filter my own water to make sure it has no, preservatives, waste, toxins etc..

Make sure you drink High Alkaline pH Water because that is extremely important, most bottled waters are not even healthy and fall under 5 pH which is very Acidic and harmfull to your body

In order to become a water magnet like me there are a few things you should know!
Drinking more than your body is capable of handling can induce bodily shock and to an extreme extend temporary paralyzation.

So when you begin drinking water as a means to only drink water for the rest of your life, you must build it up, add more and more, week by week! Do not overestimate yourself, once you feel the water clutter in your stomach thats a clear sign to stop!


So for example:

  • Week 1: Drink 1 Glass a day
  • Week 2: Drink 2 Glasses a day
  • Week 3: Drink 3 Glass a day
    And so on and so forth. Build it up!
    The total time for me to drink up to 2.5 Liters a daywithout effort took me 6-8 Months

Once you do this you will begin to find a momentum wherein as i said previously you will begin to hear the water clutter in your stomach, when moving or making sudden movements, this is a sign to stop and no longer continue to add more water untill your body has adjusted to the intake of water.

Symtoms of Drinking alot of Water at the beginning:

  • Uncomfortable Feeling (as your body begins to adjust)
  • Dizzyness
  • Feeling Sick
  • Vomiting (Total cleansing of years of toxins)
  • Headaches (only for brief period)

If you are seriouss about healing your body then water is the key to it, i hope this was a good read and educational to all of you, if you have questions feel free to wave them my way, you must understand that the benifits are enormous when drinking only water, its not just clarity in life its choices, patience, connections, it involves all kinds of things.

Sort:  

I personally need to try and make the switch from soda to water, Since it is the summer I want to lose some weight and get that "summer body" but it is so hard to stop drinking soda when it is always in the fridge!!! But I need to learn to stop myself and get a cup of water next time. :p
