Complaining every day about those stuffs and questions like (?) Why am I wasting the time by standing and not taking up a risk and being voluntary to get up and make something good to myself?
According to this question are deeply inside so many answers to get.
All over the world there is a global problem with obesity.
This problem the last few years is having an increasment and it's something to worry about.

All questions like why is this condition happening? Which factors are affecting this population?
Why is being reflected to so many young children?

Well actually these questions are looking for some professional answers where is included Experience and a highly definiton of Obesity should have a research for all this population.

I am not acting like I have some professional answers but I know some pure factors of affecting this population for this condition.Firstly the technology is having a BOOM and is making so easy for anybody their own lifestyles.
There are so many stuffs that people may use the internet to get their job done. Technology is making people lazy.(I think so)
An another factor is feeding. People's routine going to work is to get up early and having some food whatever they found in their fridge. Eating should have a routine on itself and eating in time and making a schedule is one of the most important things that an individ can do.
Fast foods like hamburgers, toasts, pizzas,pancakes, all can be bought and eaten but the problem of obesity is worse.
People going at supermarkets may buy so many things but they may forget to be in the fruits/vegetables section.

Skiping these section may cause to the main problem of obesity.
The calories and vitamins founded in fruits and vegetables are the best ones.

So for a good lifestyle and cuting obesity is firstly eating healthy and not avoiding these.
For something like this "OBESITY" better is preventing than curing
Be healthy eat healthy and make a healthy routine.
