I would love to talk to you about "Living an Healthy Life"
There are various ways we could live an healthy which I would explain below.

Eating Habits
First rule of living healthy is your eating habits. I would love to ask if my fellow steemians have taken in their Balance diet today?? I would implore you to try and take a balanced diet everyday.
Always eat your Breakfast as it is the first meal of the day and shouldnt be skipped. Skipping breakfast would make you tired out easily and can cause Ulcer.

Do not Over Eat, You should eat in a rational manner and you are what you eat. Over feeding oneself can cause constipation and upset your stomach.

Watch the type of Food you Eat, Eating junk can make you get overweight. I am not saying you shouldn't treat yourself to a bowl of ice-cream or cake. All I advice is do not eat these junks too much. They build up fats in your body thereby making you overweight.

Eat lots of Vegetables and Fruits, Take in more vegetables and fruits in your diet. Substitute your junk foods for fruits and vegetables. This would keep the doctor away and make your body healthier.

Drink Water
Taking in 8-10 glass cups of water is the medical recommendation. Take in lots of water but not too much as it also has its own effects. Water should be in our everyday life, as it helps in various degree in our body system. Water can be taken orally or, taken in with the food we eat as some of the food we eat contains water. Do not substitute water for Soda or any Carbonated drink.

Exercise
This should contain 50% of your physical fitness. "You would not only Feel younger You would also Live younger". Exercising helps lowers the risk of dying from a variety of causes.
Exercising helps lowers the risk of high blood pressure, weight gain, diabetes, sometimes depressed about and so on.
Physical exercise doesn't have to be strenuous, moderate exercise 5 times a week is enough. Overly stressing the body can cause some serious pain and lead to serious damage of your muscles.

Sleep and Meditate
The average Human requires at least 8hours of sleep. Sleeping late affects mental performance and can affect ones physical ability. You shouldn't cheat nature. Sleep at the right time and mediate to free the negative energy you might have accumulated due to stress.
