URINARY TRACT INFECTION :CAUSES, SYMPTOMS AND REMEDIES.

Our urinary system consists of kidney, ureter, bladder and urethra. A bacterial infection that affects a person's urinary system is referred to as Urinary Tract Infection (U.T.I). Though the infection can affect any part of the urinary system,it's usually the lower urinary tract i.e the urethra and bladder that's mostly affected by it. Women are more susceptible to UTI than men. Although it's painful and discomforting, urinary tract infection can quickly and easily be treated.

SYMPTOMS OF URINARY TRACT INFECTION

• A burning sensation on passing urine
• Passing urine more frequently than usual
• Sensation of willing to pass urine but unable to
• Blood in the urine
• Feeling unwell
• Fever
• Chills
• Nausea
• Vomiting
• Tender of heavy belly
• Cloudy or foul smell urine
• Pain on one side of the back, under three ribs

**CAUSES OF URINARY TRACT INFECTION **

• Bacteria in the urethra
• Sexual intercourse
• Having multiple Sexual partner
• Holding back the urge to urinate
• Prolonging urination
• Abnormal structure of the bladder
• Failure to empty the bladder completely
• Sexual positions
• Tumor in the urinary tract
• Stones in the urinary tract

REMEDIES TO URINARY TRACT INFECTION

• Baking soda is very effective in curing urinary tract infection. Mix 1/2 teaspoon in a cup of water, mix well and drink.

• Drink plenty water daily, it will flush out the system and cleanse it.

• Drink cranberry juice. It's a very effective way of getting rid of UTI.

• Mix equal proportion of sandalwood, tea tree, bergamot, juniper oil and frankincense.

• Boil blue brinjal plant in water, strain it and let it cool down. Take a glass full of it twice in a day.

• Boil some coriander seeds until water, strain it and take a glass full of it twice daily to increase urine flow.

• Taking carrot seeds, whether as infusion of decoction.

• Bring to boil soke petals of lotus and pink rose. Strain and have a glass full three times in a day.

• Boil chameli plant in water. Strain it and have a cup once in a day.
