Today I want to talk about topic that can be quite funny for some people, but is really interesting and important. Namely masturbation. Let's be honest - most of you just click this post because, You want to feel good what you doing in your free, alone time. EXPOSED! hahaha ^^
Okay I'm just kidding :D
anyway.




Nobody wants to talk about it in group, because people think that it's kind of bashful conversation piece (but every body know that people doing this :D). And it's taboo in our culture, banned by most of religion. Even in school teachers of biology didn't bring up this topic. We are afraid that somebody can walk into our room when we exactly have this pleasure.


Let's see what science have to say about this kind of self-love.

On a fundamental level it relases dopamine which is a neurotransmitter resposible for our "pleasure centre" in our brain, and endorphins that actively decrase our pain as well. For womans, it means that it can reduce our menstrual pain.
