5. Matha: Made with milk and butter, it is very popular in our country. To remove acidity, it works like a tonic if you add a little bit of peppercorn powder.

No disease should be neglected. Small gastric can sometimes become a cause of bigger disease, so think of its solution in the first place. The effectiveness of natural medicine is more than medicines.
