Wow this is a good idea, I never heard of it until now, but I think it will be hard for me to do ms. @joalvarez considering the taste of te oil... hehehehe thank you fpr another very useful blog maam...😘😘😘❤️😊
It is actually really gross when you put the coconut oil in your mouth for about 20 seconds till it is all melted in your mouth and then it is fine.
I asked my husband to try it , we have olive oil but he wants coconut oil so I have to buy virgin coconut oil heheheh
