Eggs are one of the cheap food menus that are often consumed by the people of Indonesia. There are a variety of processed egg foods that are delicious and certainly healthy.

They analyzed data from 26 pregnant women who came to control in the third trimester of pregnancy. Half of the study participants were asked to consume 480 mg of choline every day until the time of delivery, while the rest were required to consume 930 mg of choline. Babies who were born then performed speed assessments in processing information and memory when they were 4, 7, 10 and 13 months.

The result, babies born to mothers who consumed 930 mg of choline daily, had a higher rate of processing information when compared to babies born with mothers who consumed only 480 mg of choline daily.

any health studies referenced to egg consumption and increased health have always been funded by egg boards. Egg whites are better, but you're just concentrating animal proteins that kidneys have even tougher times digesting.
