Heart attack - how to help yourself
A heart attack often occurs when you are alone and needed drugs on hand there not. My friend cardiologist told me a method that can save lives. If you feel that the heart is working with a different rhythm, and now you can faint, then you must do the following:
- Deep breath - it will fill the heart of oxygen,
- Develop a strong cough - is to get the blood circulating,
- Do it continuously while help come soon.
Such a method can actually save a life!
Thanks for this. My family has a history of heart disease. I have to always watch and be careful. Crazy thing is that some have damage but don't even know it. I saw this movie called Fork Over Knives. There was a cardiologist not overweight or any signs of disease. He thought he was totally healthy. He took a test and found out that he had a blockage. They found it in time so he had some lifestyle changes and caught it in time. I heard most heart attacks happen to people that are seemingly healthy.
Yes exactly. This method should be easy to remember and tell friends.
I don't want to seem pushy but this is a serious matter and absolute truth has to be implemented here.
The best advice is to call emergency services.
My husband had a heart attack while he was alone and the feeling that your heart is working at a different rhythm is nonsense, it doesn't happen like that.
Please, if you or anyone you know is in distress, call emergency services. Don't try to deal with it yourself, you could cause more damage or even death to your 'patient'.

I totally agree. First of all - is to call emergency services. The time that you are waiting for emergency services - you can help yourself.
