Natural Ways To Slow Down Aging

Aging is one of the constant things in life, it is impossible not to age, every second, every minute and every hour we get older so aging is a Natutal phenomenon, However there are few ways we can slow down the way we age, not that we can make time move slower but at least make aging less visible in our lives.

#1. Exercising

One of the ways you can slow down aging is through exercising, as we get older our bones tend to get more and more stiff, that is the reason some old people find it difficult moving around. However exercising can help eliminate this, as it makes your bones stronger and more mobile, it also helps in keeping the blood pressure of one in check as sweat is released from the body when exercising. It is relevant to cultivate the habit of exercising regularly and also try to like it so when we get older we see it as a "must do" rather than stress. Going to the gym regularly is one way to kick into the habit of exercising, although not everyone has the money or time to afford going to the gym, for such people there are a few exercises which can be done anywhere and anytime.
Here are some of the exercises

  1. Squats

This is done while standing up. This type of exercise mainly works on the legs, it makes the calves pop out and also makes the thighs stronger, giving you more endurance when walking, it also makes the butt a little bit bigger so this might be good for ladies who wanna have big butts.

  1. Crunches

This is done while lying down. This makes and creates the visibility of the abs as well as making your waist and back a little more flexible.

  1. Plank

This is done with your stomach side facing the ground while on the floor. It is done by suspending your stomach from the group and supporting your whole body with just your elbow and legs. This exercise also helps in for formation of the abs, it also make the hands and wrist stronger as well as making the back bones stronger.

  1. Press ups

I guess we all know this one. The main use of this is to make your triceps bigger and stronger, it also make the chest come out more and a little bigger if done with your hands far apart from each other, it also makes the elbows a little more flexible.

Another way of Looking Younger is by drinking a lot of water, on an average a human is supposed to drink and 7 cups of water daily but I recommend 10 cups for maximum efficiency. The main point of drinking water is to make our bodies hydrated. When water passes through the body it helps to remove substances not needed, one way there are removed Is through sweating, water also assists the body in metabolism. Usually in the morning it is very essential to drink water before going to the toilet as it helps in removing metabolic waste and I'm pretty sure we don't want that in us. Water also helps in keeping the blood pressure in check as well as keeping the concentration of salt in our blood in check. Lastly water helps in making the skin fresh as it hydrates the skin and removes dryness, this also makes our lips pinker so if you wanna get rid of dark lips try drinking water regularly, it may be a little slow but trust me it works. Also drinking too much of cold water affects the bones and teeths and causes pains around them.

#3. Exfoliation

The cells of our skin sheds within a period of two weeks and new ones are brought upon us, The truth is that not all the dead cells are removed, and that is where exfoliation pops in. Exfoliation helps in the removal of dead skin cells from the body, leaving you with a fresh and glowing skin. Some natural methods of exfoliation is through the following. There are 2 methods of exfoliation which are Natural and artificial. For the natural we have the Honey and Sugar mix.
This is the mixture with honey with grounded sugar. A tea spoon of sugar should be enough for about 4 spoons of honey, this is a very effective natural exfoliation method. This method works even better with honey added.

For the artificial methods we have application of scrubs such as St. Ives and Nivea exfoliating cream.

#4. Eating healthy

Malnutrition causes rapid aging and makes one to look older than he/she actually is, proper feeding(eating the right food in the right amount) helps in bone development and cell reproduction so eating the right food makes your bones stay strong and moist for a longer period of time and makes your skin look fresher.

People who smile regularly tend to appear younger and live longer, on the other hand people who always frown look older. Smiling helps in bringing out the beauty of one, guess doing it regularly is a free pass to gorgeous town. So have a good time and don't forget to smile
