Hello everyone

I am back.I was really enjoying and earn little by commenting and post but for few days.I was suffering from Chicken Pox.It is disease which is caused by varicella zoster virus.Varicella has an incubation period of 10-21 days.
Chickenpox is highly contagious.the infection spreads in a similar way to colds and flu.A diagnosis can normally be reached by observing the signs and symptoms..I had been suffering from it about 10 days before.It was really hard time and it was really itch and frustrating as i couldn't go to school.I had a fever and tonsil at the same time.It was really suffering days. I couldn't comment or post for past 10 days because of it as i could focus my mind in it.

If you are also suffering from it, then you should have cold items cucumber, papaya, coconut, and stay at cold place.As hot places can cause you discomfortable and can increase the itching.Try to avoid itch as much as you can and don't wear tight cloth and eat normal food.You should have plenty of food, rest and water.You can drink coconut water as it can make itching little small and be neat and clean and keep the environment neat and clean.Cucumber helps alot .

As it are some tips for everyone or how to be encounter chicken pox.It was really hard time and i am really happy that i have overcome one obstacle in my life that is chicken pox.Life is about overcoming obstacle with a smile and i did.It is said that chicken pox comes to a person once in the life.You know all the times when you are suffering from disease you need devote your thinking that you are sick.You should i am okay and i not sick which will help you to get motivation.If you are suffering from an disease don't just in one room, go outside and be fresh and happy.When you want to time pass watch Tv listen to music and read books as it helps alot.All of the things helped me when i was suffering from chicken pox.You can also find it useful.Let me tell about the things that really helped me.

Coconut water helped me a lot and it's oil too because they are cold in nature.When you drink the water of coconut itch becomes less and when you put coconut oils it also helps to reduce the itching and decrease rash.Coconut is the best for chicken pox as it make us relief.. Coconuts are highly nutritious and rich in fibre, vitamins C, E, B1, B3, B5 and B6 and minerals including iron, selenium, sodium, calcium, magnesium and phosphorous.
