I work in Emergency Department and I have seen many cases of Acute pancreatitis and Hepatic encephalopathy due to decompensated Liver cirrhosis from Alcohol, hospitals are filled with them. Although this tow condition might not be the most common complication from Alcohol, both need urgent medical attention.
