It is so scary what Lyme is capable of doing to the body! And the symptoms look like so many other diseases, so the doctors have to kind of investigate and be willing to look into other stuff. So crazy! Thanks for putting this together. It's so wild how a tick bite can do that to your heart. My SIL says she got Lyme from her husband who went hunting in the woods. His case was mild but hers was debilitating. I guess it responds differently in each body and based on when it is found. Also she said it is spread through saliva (or bodily fluids) which I didn't know. I remember as a child praying to not get Lyme disease because I had seen reports on the news in California of people dying from it. Thanks for presenting information about Lyme to the Steemit world!
