HOW TO BURN FAST
This is very important topic but a big problem simply because most of the mainstream recommendations for burning fat are completely outdated in fact look at the statistics in America only 2% is ever successful at burning fat and achieving their weight-loss goals an average female spends 17 years dieting.

So what does that tell you?
They are operating off of incorrect information.

What I’m going to tell you in this article is based on facts Physiology books how the body works there’s 2 main fuel sources in body you have the fat and you have stored sugar there is a third one called muscle but I’m not going to get into that in this article because you have to be very sick for your body to start using muscle protein as a fuel source.

So let’s stick with the 2 mains ones which is fat and sugar for now.

Your body stores sugar in form of glycogen in you liver and in your muscles and that can be released in between times when you’re not eating.

Now let move on to fats, the way it works is that our fat burning hormones based what you eat and what you do trigger the fat and then to release enzymes called Lipase to dissolve that fat into ketones.

Ketones are by-products of fat metabolism and your body can run on these very efficiently.
Now fat making hormones trigger the storage of sugar and the conversion of the sugar into fat so that’s how that works.

The great majority of people are only burning sugar which is glucose they’re not burning fat at what occurs is that they temporarily lose some what weight and the hit a plateau, thinking that the weight the lost was from fat but they never actually burn fat.

Now let’s talk about the single control factor what determines whether you’re burning fat or just sugar!!!
Insulin
Even in small amounts has the strength in the domination to prevent you from tapping into your fat reserve.
For time being let me call insulin as sugar and take a look at the graph

Let’s say sugar is high you are not going to be able to burn fat your body is running on sugar so let’s say you ate sugar in moderation it still won’t work because insulin has to be 0 or sugar has to be 0 to tap into ketones which is byproduct of fat burning which is ketosis.

So in other words it’s not a gradual graph you have to make insulin zero before you can burn fat.
So now we’re going to talk about is this the ketosis.

Usually this does not happen overnight it can some time take way more than 2 days up to a month and maybe in some situations 5 or 6 weeks before you are really hardcore into fat burning.

Now why is that?
Because you have been living on sugar your whole life and your system has become so inefficient and so used to burning sugar, and to have a fresh system it take time and it is called keto adaptation so your are adapting to burning fat and this takes a little bit longer.

Don’t worry about it because you can see ketones in your urine within few days but the point is you want to stick with it a little longer to reap the benefits.

What happen with most people is they just don’t seem to see results immediately and they bounce back to their old regime. But just hang in there and the payoff is huge.

FOODS TO EAT TO GET INTO KETOSIS

In a nutshell lets me show you the macro nutrient breakdown

Your total calorie intake has to be divided into 5-10% of carbohydrate, 25% of protein, and 65-80% of fats.

Carbohydrates that I recommend are vegetables, so why veggies?
Even though they have small amount of vegetables they have a lot of vitamins and minerals that you are not going to get from protein or fat.

Now this is not a Atkins diet because you’ll be having alot of proteins in Atkins

Let’s continue

Now fats are going to be in form of good fats and it’s not going to be deep fried.

And anywhere between 4oz to 6oz protein with each meal is a good start. And as far as the protein is considered try to incorporate fatty proteins for instance Salomon, bison, lamb you need not be so strict in just eating lean protein.

Let take the Eskimos for example they consume blubber and they actually are in state of ketosis and lot of the actually have zero heart problems.

And if you are concerned about increasing you cholesterol level realize this; your body makes 2000 milligrams of cholesterol every single day.
Why would your body make that much when you don’t need it?
So when you consume more cholesterol or fat your body just make less and that’s how it works

CONCLUSION
• Eating fat does not trigger insulin.
• Insulin is the key thing that must be zero.
• And even a little bit of sugar when your trying to be in ketosis could totally throw you out of ketosis.
