GAPS can be done in a keto way, but it can also be done much higher carb, and the aims are not usually the same. The primary aim of GAPS is to heal the gut. Whereas keto is more aiming to heal the metabolism in some way - whether that is rebalancing blood sugar or insulin, or feeding the brain in a better way.
At the moment, I'm eating in a GAPSy kind of way, and close to keto but not quite. About P 30%, F 45%, C 25%
