Coffee
Caffeine contains ingredients that contain your nervous system work. Moreover, the coffee ingredient is removed by keeping your brain awake.

fast food
High fat fatty acid creates acid on your stomach and it may cause stomach upset. Refrain from eating fast food.

Soft drinks
Drinking soft drinks at night is more harmful for health. Soft drinks inhibit blood circulation in the body, as well as excess sugar and gaseous compounds inhibit the production of sleeping cycles and sleeping hormones.

Ice cream
Ice cream has high fat and plenty of sugar. So before playing to bed, your body will not be able to burn fat so you will become restless. Ice cream does not want to be easily digested, even it can increase your weight. Therefore, avoid ice cream or other sweet foods at night.
