The seeds of many seeds are nicknamed "super fruit" by scientific researchers, so naturally see the benefits that so much. One of them as a medicine less natural blood. Pomegranates are rich in iron and other minerals, such as calcium and magnesium. Its vitamin C content is also quite abundant, as we know vitamin C serves to help increase the absorption of iron in the body. By routinely eating this fruit then the red blood cell count and hemoglobin will increase.

You can consume them directly or process them into juice combined with one teaspoon of cinnamon powder and two teaspoons of honey that can be drunk daily as a breakfast companion.
