Thanks for this @riverflow. I drank lemon juice in hot water for a long time and found out that dentists do not recommend this because of the acid affecting tooth enamel. I was fine because I always rinsed my mouth.
Thats the key. Rinsing. I do it in the morning as I brush my teeth afterwards. Xxx

My dentist recounted a story of a older gentleman who ate lots of lemons a day and his teeth were eaten away. Obviously he did not know about the rinsing regime - sad. 💜
