Great quick ear massage tip video, Star!

When you pull, rub, gently twist, unroll or massage your ears, you release endorphins which are the body’s natural painkillers.

YESSSS!!! And it feels soooo good! ;) Especially good for those who can't reach their feet.

Thanks for reminding about the ears, Star. I used to do foot reflexology years ago and was doing some on my hands just yesterday.... but haven't done my ears for awhile. About to remedy that now. ;)
