This is pretty much what I've had to do - stop the carbs - stop the sugar - eat mainly fruit, veges, meat and nuts. I do feel a lot better. When I eat processed carbs or potatoes now all my joints hurt so I can tell that I shouldn't be eating them. Great post!!
It's amazing what happens when we remove the junk and really focus on eating nutrient dense, clean food. Thanks for stopping by! Keep up the good work!
