The brain is the most important organ in the body, it's earlier we pay more attention to our heaith and welfare.

1.Not Sleeping Well : lack of proper sleep, is a bad habit that can significant hurt your brain. it can also cause a deficit that lead to forgetfulness

2.Eating Too Much Junk Food : It is important not to be taken excessive junk food, because it can leads to less developing to the brain and slow in mental decline.

3.Playing Loud Music With Earphone or Headphone : It can cause brain problems involving lose of memory or inability to remember things easily.

4.Immobility : It is not necessary to start high intensity workout or start runing marathons just to take a walk around your house more often or engage in activity that can get you moving. if you remain unmoving and active is likely to experience this kind of disease like diabetes, heart disease ,stroke and high blood pressure

5.Smoking : smoking also shrink the brain, it also can make memory worse and make you forgetful and leads to problem like heart disease , stroke, diabetes and high blood pressure

6.Overeating : can lead to obesity which is linked to a number of brain problems like food addiction, impulsive and cognitive problem.

7.Staying Indoor : It's important you expose your self to natural light as depression and keep your brain active.
