Fish Eggs Make Skin Cancer, Hoax Is not it?

Rumors that there are marine fish that contain pollutants shaped like eggs. Mentioned that the 'egg' is a heavy metal poison that when ingested can cause cancerous tumors and autism in children.

Also included images of a man with dry skin conditions appear scaly throughout his body.

Is that true? From penelurusan detikHealth in fact this is the hoax news that has ever appeared and re-circulated. Research and Human Resources Agency of the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries RI in its official website in 2017 mentioned that the fish in the message circulated is a type of sardine that is not derived from Indonesian waters.

In addition the spheres measuring 1-18 millimeters (mm) shaped like eggs or crystals in the belly of fish are also not pollutants but the protozoa parasite Glugea sardinellensis.

"Glugea is able to make surrounding cells resemble balls to form shields ... Where fish grow in large clusters, Glugea will spread more, so it can be ascertained that egg-like objects or crystals are not caused by heavy metal content as reported, wrote the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries of Indonesia as quoted on Wednesday (25/07/2018).
