Somniphobia
After a long day of work, the only thing you want to do is get home to bathe and after doing the corresponding tasks, what causes you is to see your bed and sleep, but did you know that there are people who are afraid to sleep? Well, this fear is called Somniphobia (also called clinophobia or hypnophobia): people avoid sleeping because they consider it risky: they fear never being able to wake up or being vulnerable to some kind of external threat. For people suffering from this phobia, sleeping is practically the same as dying.
If the fact of not sleeping well is to say the hours necessary for a good recovery of energy spent in the day, this type of phobias generates great stress and physical deterioration to those who suffer it. Usually these people end up suffering from hallucinations that aggravate the phobia.
