CBD does not have the negative effects of SSRIs or opiates, and for this reason it is less harmful than other medications.

CBD, or cannabidiol, has been legal in the United States since the 2018 farm bill that legalized hemp production. CBD is not THC, and the distinction must be made that CBD is legalized and can be purchased at many health stores nationwide. CBD can be taken orally and is easy to locate in stores. CBD soaps are also a good way to use this substance.

CBD has been associated with a reduction in anxiety, stress and pain. It is not regulated by the FDA, but it has been studied worldwide for effectiveness. I have noticed that the effects of CBD typically take hold after around 15-minutes and can last for several hours.
