  2. Remove the upper layer
  3. Crush the cleaned raw garlic
  4. Chop up into small pieces
  5. Leave it for 15 minutes to oxidize and generate much allicin
  6. Swallow it and have a glass of water.

It's easier to chop, then crush the chopped pieces. Also if you can't handle swallowing with water, pair it with either honey or pasta sauce, but it's best on its own (with water) if you can handle that.
