Today I did another trip to Harmonized Brain Centers.

I went for my normal tune-up and then they also showed me their BEMER mat, which is a mat that has electric coils inside it which have been shown to help the capillaries increase bloodflow.

It is on a big recliner chair that you lay on and then this big rectangular strap thing you see also has electric coils in it.

They had the box on the wall set to Intensity Level 1/10 and it felt amazing.

As I laid on the mat for longer, I could just feel my whole body open up and flow better.

All the tightness in my back was gone by the end which was fantastic.

I walked out feeling like I was made of big muscular Jello.

I assure you it is very worth trying.
