Frozen Grasshopper Pie
Some crème Delaware menthe is clear! If yours is, and you continue to wish that beautiful inexperienced hue, sneak in some inexperienced food coloring!Ingredients
24 Oreos, crushed
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. cream
24 massive marshmallows
1/4 c. crème de menthe liqueur
2 c. Cool Whip
FOR TOPPING
1 c. crushed Oreos
1/4 c. chocolate chips, meltedDirections
In a massive bowl, mix Oreos with liquified butter. Stir till crumbs area unit uniformly moistened and press into pie dish.
In a little pan over medium-low heat, heat cream. Add marshmallows and stir oft till marshmallows area unit fully liquified. take away from heat and let cool slightly, then transfer to an oversized bowl.
Stir in crème Delaware menthe and fold in Cool Whip one cup at a time till absolutely incorporated. Spoon into cookie crust and sleek high. Place in electric refrigerator to arrange, a pair of to three hours.
When able to serve, high with crushed Oreos and drizzle with liquified chocolate.
