Dandelion tea: the natural way to lose weight healthy

in health •  3 years ago

One of the most powerful plants with detoxifying properties is common dandelion. Leaves, stems and roots contain bitter substances that intensify intestinal transit and are a powerful diuretic, eliminating excess water in the body.

Dandelion tea has outstanding results in weight loss. It is a powerful diuretic, cleanses the blood and digestive system of toxins and helps dissolve kidney stones. Due to its properties, dandelion tea increases bile secretion and normalizes blood circulation.

Digestive problems such as burns, stomach pains or bloating can be reduced if the plant is frequently consumed as salads. Although the taste of dandelion leaves is slightly bitter, they will help you get rid of extra pounds.

In addition, dandelion contains a large amount of B-complex vitamins, which allows it to be effective in treating infections, anemia and constipation.

Dandelion roots contain two very valuable substances: taraxacin, useful in treating digestive diseases and inulin, a great help in controlling diabetes. Dandelion can also relieve rheumatic pain and arthritis.

From acne and other skin conditions to indigestion, gastritis and constipation, dandelion tea is an excellent natural remedy for these problems.

Few people know that dandlion is among the richest in provitamin A plants, of great help in fighting free radicals that produce wrinkles, creases and other spots on the skin.

Tea is so good for your heart, soul, mind, and body.

Very interesting post. I like dandelion tea but use the teabag system. Have you got a recipe for using actual dandelions? X

Yes of course. If you want to prepare a dandelion salad with parmesan you need the following ingredients:

  • 1 pound torn dandelion greens;
  • 1 red onion;
  • 2 tomatoes;
  • salt and freshly ground pepper;
  • one tablespoon of olive oil;
  • parmesan cheese

In a medium bowl toss together dandelion greens, red onion, and tomatoes. Then put parmesan. Season with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Thank you so much for this delicious recipe. However, it was the recipe for making dandelion tea I wanted. No worries, I will do a google search. Thanks for the other though. X
