Eating right is one of the things that should be scaled high in ones preferences, so many people might not even know if they are eating right or not. It is not a matter of am rich, why shouldn't I eat right. So many people eat junks out of busy schedule not knowing the adverse effect of what they are doing. Most Obese patient now go on ketogenic diet which have a long-term effect on their health.
Most bankers do not take breakfast because they needed to be at work before 8am, and whenever they feel like eating around 12noon, they tend to consume more calories thereby increasing their chances of being obese, hypertensive, or even develop a kidney problem as a result of work overload in the body system.
It is not a matter of bulky consumption but a small portion size consistency in between meals, what I mean is that you might decide to eat a balanced small portion meals in four hourly period of time rather than taking an heap within a longer hour.
If your caloric intake is not the same with your caloric output, there might be an issue, what am saying is that sedentary lifestyle of sitting down always without exercise through various daily activities might not bring the body state at equilibrium.
Are you eating well? If yes, how sure are you?
If your are not sure, watch your portion size, time consistency, nature of your diet; do away with refined sugary foods, reduce sodium(SALT) intake, increase vegetable and fruits like cucumber ,cabbage , garden egg and drink lot of water.
