by only eating healthy food like fruits we can force ourselves to feel satisfied and remain like that.

Or, better yet, something planty like carrots or celery, since fruit still packs a punch (of sugar) if eaten excessively. Nuts are also a healthy snack option.

Exercise is also a good healthy way of causing a chemical rush in the brain that will make you feel better.
