Exactly... 8 glasses of water a day should be the routine. Are s sodas considered fluid that makes up 8 glasses a day?

Sort:  

For every cup of soda we should drink an addiontal cup of water or mineral water. The sugar in that drinks is not good for us. Ok there are products with zero sugar, but they have the same negative effect on our insulin level. After drinking it we get hungry and eat too much.
