What are hormones?

hormones are naturally made by the body. Human and animals produces hormones naturally. these harmones are the onces reponsible for making us feel scare, loved, nervous and other feelings. these hormones are the one that help us define if i am a male or female. what i mentioned above are " nature hormones", i mention this because there is somethikng called " artifical hormones". these artifical hormones are not all bad, it is used in balancing or to substitude missing or low concentration of certain hormones in ones body. one common example, are women who have experience menopause. their body dont produce some hormones as effecient like use to. however, artifical growth hormones are used in the farming industry to increase the growth rate of animal to ensure they meet the demand of market. the common hormones they use are trenbolone acetate and zeranol.

What they have told us about it?

  1. "Higher blood levels of IGF (regardless of what causes them) have been associated with an increased risk of breast, prostate, and other cancers in humans" stated by Carina Storrs

  2. earlier puberty in children

The Trurth( my opinion)

first we have to know in order to growth a small amount of artifical growth hormones can get the job done. the residue of the hormones are neglectable when we ingest it. Even if it slighty more, humans body can balance it out by producing less of the similar hormones. a common example we can see in our daily life are steriods enhanced bodybuilder. it have been found that bodybuilder that uses steriods have shrinked scrotum. Scrotum is the one incharge in producting male hormones which one of the many roles is to build muscle. when steriods is concentrated in the bloo, the scrotum stops producing the similar hormones. after some time, there is no use for the scrotum to function which is the reason it shrinks.

As for cancer that have been clam to be partly caused by the artifical hormones, this is true if ones lifestyle is very unhealthy. which means lack of sleep, stress, lack of nutritions, lack of physical activity. all these will effect how human's hormones are produce. with such unhealthy lifestyle the body hormones balancing system will be uneffience.

Lastly to address the third issue "earlier puberty in children". this can be caused by many factor such as high calorie intake which in easily found in fastfood. besides that, we have to take in account modern lifestyle and widely available nutrition which have a chance to promote early puberty.

the solution

as this is only my opinion, those who cannot or prefer not to consume too much artifical protein for whatever reason can try some vegetarian alternative such as mushroom and nutritional yeast. both of that have a high complete protein and vitamin B which cannot be found in many beans or vegetable. if you got the money you can also choose to get some organic meat.

WOULD BE GRATEFUL IF YOU CAN SHARE YOUR OPINION ON IT!!
