Many people face gastric problems while living in the month of Ramadan. Many suggestions have been given to solve this problem, which helps people to deal with stomach problems.

Plenty of water is required during fasting. Taking care of the body daily can solve many stomach problems.

You can eat a ripe banana and ripe papayas to improve digestion. It relieves stomach pain and reduces gas problems.

Cumin water, can water, ginger, tulsi, or mint leaves can be chewed in small amounts. It helps in dealing with stomach gas problems.

By knowing these tips in Ramadan and following them properly, you can avoid stomach problems and maintain physical health.
