Respect. You're clearly in fantastic shape. I've been on OMAD for about 3 months. Never needed to lose weight specifically, but was curious about the other perceived benefits (more consistent energy, less sleep), plus I'm a lousy cook so that means I can only mess up my meals once a day instead of three times! Recently adopted the Dr Nun Amen-Ra regime (http://www.amentaeliteathlete.com/index.html) which has been eye-opening so far! Interested to learn more about your own journey.
