I can personally vouch for the effectiveness of naps! I regularly wake up at 4:30am and have a 45ish minute nap at around 2:30pm. It's like having 2 days in 1! Thanks for the great article!

Glad you enjoyed it! I agree, a nap really can make all the difference and even give us a '2 days in 1' kind of feeling.
