RE: Intermittent Fasting Might Help Increase Motivation For Exercise
I have embraced intermittent fasting for a few months but somehow I couldn't stick to religiously. I used to have something like 14-16 hours between dinner and breakfast and the number one benefit that I noticed was that I didn't need that much sleep when intermittent fasting as when I was eating "chaotically" and of course late in the evening. I try sometimes water fasting as well and I even had a year when I water fasted for 24 hours once a week and it was an interesting experience. I've posted a few times about it as well. Considering the quality of food nowadays I consider intermittent fasting a health boost recommended to almost everyone.
