From what I understand, all wells contain fluoride, but in its natural form.
This isn't a bad thing, the fluoride levels found in well water (groundwater), vary depending
on the minerals in the rocks and ores that the water passes through.

Safety regulations say that the fluoride levels in all drinking water should be lower than 2 PPM.
So, as long as those levels are not exceeded, your well should be "safe" to drink from.
Unless it's tampered with by the state, which I wouldn't be surprised by.
