Danger of Soda to Health

Friends steemian's .. this time I will explain a little information related to health. as we know health is a very valuable and expensive stuff .

One way we maintain health is, by paying attention to food and beverages. Because what we eat and drink it greatly affects our body metabolism process. Which ultimately affects the health it self.
One of the causes of health problems that most often arise is from soft drinks. Soft drinks are very satisfying thirst, especially during the hot sun, while exercising even when we sit to finish posting our steem.

In some countries, like Japan, has issued regulations to ban soft drinks, especially in schools.
"Soda drinks are not only related to diet, but also can deplete the calcium content in bone"
if thirsty we should drink mineral water. mineral water contains baron, copper, manganese, which is an important element to build bone.baron also can reduce the loss of calcium and urine.
