8 Foods that cause body odor
You will know what foods cause bad breath - but it turns out, there are some foods and drinks that can also affect the body odor
1. Alcohol
Have you ever had a hangover and smelled alcohol from your body? Yes, that's because your body sends alcohol to the blood stream which is then released through the pores and sweat.
Drink plenty of (extra) water to reduce the concentration of alcohol in your body.
2. Asparagus
Cooked asparagus vegetables do not give off any odors, but different story when you have to urinate!
Asparagus emit mercaptan substances in your digestive system which will make the urine smell.
3. Bit
Beetroot is rich in nutrients, but its high methyl content releases substances into skin that smells fishy. Avoid bits and other foods with methyl when you're dating!
4. Broccoli & Cole
Both of these vegetables provide plenty of nutrients and antioxidants to prevent cancer, but high sulfur content will make you waste the wind with bad odor. It would be better if you enjoy the vegetables at home only!
5. Chewing Gum
Apparently, chewing gum increases your air content, then the gas in your stomach will be more and more. With that, the gas that comes out of your body will be more and more.
6. Curry
The aroma of spices like cumin can stick in your body pores for several days, you know. Are you ready to accept the consequences?
7. Soybeans
In some cases, soy milk may irritate intestinal fluids and excessive gas. To avoid body odor, you can eat other nuts or coconut fruit to keep the scent fresh!
